I was not a person who would go to a
dentist; it had been over 15 years since I had gone to one.
My tooth had cracked and was in need of a dentist, and I found
Dr. Waldman. What a relief it was to walk in and not feel
pressured. After he saw me on an emergency visit, I rescheduled
to come in for a complete exam and x-rays, only to find out
I needed a lot of work done, I guess that should have been
a given after 15 years of ignoring my dental needs. He did
not pressure me into anything unnecessary, gave me the order
of importance on where to start. I was in the office every
other week until my entire treatment was completed. What a
great dental experience, Dr. Waldman is amazing and I really
enjoyed the pain-free experience.

I walked into Dr. Waldman’s office in
February 2008 needing extensive work. 2 months and only 6
virtually pain free visits later, I was done. In all, I had
26 extractions and was fitted with full dentures. Recovery
time was minimal. Dr. Waldman and his staff are professional,
supportive and highly competent. After my first visit and
for the first time in my life, I found myself looking forward
to my next dental appointment.

I have seen several dentists over the
past 25 years, but I've never experienced the overall excellence
and warmth that I have seen in the office of Dr. Owen Waldman.
In a little less than 2 months I had 5 extractions, a deep-scaling,
and a new upper denture fitted and now in regular use. A visit
to the dentist is seldom a pleasurable experience, but every
procedure undertaken in Dr. Waldman's office was performed
with such skill and care that I actually looked forward to
my next visit. I want to emphasize that Dr. Waldman provides
his personal expertise on all phases of care; if you need
a regular cleaning, a root canal, an extraction, a filling,
or whatever, it will be Dr. Waldman doing the work. Also,
insurance claims were handled with great skill, and I was
able to pay for my denture and extractions in several payments
(though I must add that full payment was expected by the time
all work was completed). Finally, I congratulate Dr. Waldman,
his assistant Erica, and office manager Debbie on providing
the very best all around care I have ever had.

I have NEVER felt more comfortable in
a dental chair as I have in Dr. Waldman’s….and that’s not
just because of the mini massagers in them. I have been a
long time friend of Dr. Waldman, but have always avoided the
dentist. Since his practice was in NY prior to 2006, it was
easy to avoid him in a professional way, although he always
stressed the importance of getting the dental care I needed
based on the symptoms I was experiencing, regardless of who
I went to. I told him “The only person I’d really trust to
treat me is you and the only way I’ll get in your chair is
if you open up in Arizona”. I thought this would never happen.
In 2006, he moved here and opened his practice, so I had to
stick to my word. I can’t say how happy I am that he made
the move. Not only because of our friendship, but because
I was so impressed with his dental skills. His office and
staff are just great. My mouth feels better than it has in
years! I already knew he had a great chair side manner from
knowing him as a person for many years but combining that
with his skill in the office makes it very easy for me to
refer people to him. Not because he’s my friend, but because
THE GUY IS GOOD!

I was referred to Dr. Waldman through
a close, personal friend and have not regretted my decision
one bit. I have seen many dentists in my lifetime and Dr.
Waldman is one of the most thorough, especially with gum care.
He has done MAJOR reconstruction of my smile and in some cases,
had to redo other dentist’s inferior work. I am now very confident
in my appearance and have received many compliments on my
smile, which I thought this would never happen! My visits
to his office were many. I was ALWAYS greeted with a smile
and my appointments were always on time. His anesthetic work
is as painless as I’ve ever received. The environment in the
chair is very laid back and comfortable. I would recommend
Dr. Waldman to anyone who truly cares about their teeth.

I wasn’t happy with my teeth for quite
some time and I wasn’t thrilled with the dental care I had
received over the years either, so I put off visiting the
dentist. My son had met Dr. Waldman through a mutual friend
and he said “Mom, I think you should give Dr. Waldman a try.
HE seems to be a really nice guy”. I must admit that I was
skeptical at first. What did being a nice have to do with
being a good dentist? I went to that first visit with my son
and felt as ease right away. I was greeted with big smiles
from the doctor and his staff. That made me feel comfortable.
As soon as Dr. Waldman went over my x-rays and explained what
he could do, based on my expectations, I felt confident. I
FINALLY found a dentist who is competent but understands what
I want done and doesn’t lecture me on what I HAVE to do. Needless
to say, my smile looks GREAT and natural. Considering the
work I had done, everything was virtually painless. He gives
a great needle! I know he’s the only dentist I plan on seeing
from now on even if that means flying out from Illinois, where
I live half the year. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Waldman t anyone
looking for excellent care in a friendly, comfortable office.
