Well, Zoom teeth whitening is a treatment you can get done at your dentist’s office. The method consists of application of gels and treating light to activate it.
This is one of those treatments that are not uncomfortable although it’s done at the dentist’s office. The most uncomfortable (that too only a little) part of this procedure is you will need to wear a special retractor device to keep your lips away from your teeth.
Once the lip retractor is in place the dentist applies the gel on to your teeth and leaves it to cure under the special light. The chemical reaction usually takes an hour to complete which you’ll discover will pass surprisingly fast.
Sitting in a dentist’s chair for such a long time can bother you but you’ll realize its all worth it when you look at the results and what more its cheaper than laser treatment.
How well does Zoom teeth whitening work?
Your teeth can be much whiter, the results will be quite impressive but the real challenge is to maintain them as long as we could. The effect of the treatment will fade if you frequent on coffee or cigarettes.
You need to probably get it done every year to keep them shiny white.
Now the Zoom method may not be for everyone. But it does get results, and it’s cheaper than laser treatment in most cases. I’ve found it more effective than home treatments, but that’s just my personal experience.
