Dr. Owen Waldman

Dr. Owen Waldman is a native New Yorker who has been in professional practice since 1995. He’s an ASU graduate and received his dental degree from prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He is known for his easy going chairside manner and the ability to talk to them… not at them. Dr. Owen is proud to say, Waldman Dental is a “lecture free, guilt free” office. Many times, patients have dental fears from prior past experiences, so he takes pride in making each visit as comfortable as possible, where patients feel comfortable asking questions, regarding their treatment options.

Dr. Owen is proficient in most all aspects of dental treatment. He feels that the more care you personally can perform at a high level, the better overall care you can give to your patient. He’s constantly up to date with new treatment options and technology, always staying up to date with continuing education. Whether you need a dazzling smile makeover, teeth whitening, emergency care such as a root canal or wisdom extraction, bonding a chipped tooth, a fixed or partial denture, mini implant placement, implant restoration or a “regular tooth colored filling,” Dr. Waldman is available to treat your dental needs without sending you all over town. When there are those special cases that need to be referred for specialized treatment, be rest assured that he only works with the finest local specialists to make sure his patients are well taken care of. He was one of the very first dentists in Scottsdale to become certified in the Perio Protect method of treating periodontal disease, which has helped save patients from possible gum surgery. His Office Manager Debbie Hart is extremely knowledgeable to help patients with any financial or insurance questions and assistant, Erica Hunt, along with Debbie, ALWAYS goes out of the way to make sure the patients are well taken care of and comfortable, from the minute they enter the office.

Dr. Owen resides in Scottsdale and is happily married to his wife Cori. They have four beautiful children, West, Cali and twins, Briggs and Ellie. In his spare time Dr. O enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He’s an avid sports nut and fitness fanatic who enjoys hiking, weight training, playing basketball, softball, skiing, etc. He’s a huge New York Yankees and New York Giants fan, as well as all ASU sports teams and the Phoenix Suns.
